O Tannenbaum
I love Christmas music with all of my heart, and had a big expansive post about it planned for you. However, Christmas came early to my face this year, and my sinus infection is making it difficult for me to sit at the computer for any length of time. So instead, I present to you, with minimal no commentary (and even less graphical effort), 10 Great Christmas Songs of Varying Quality:
- Vince Guaraldi Trio – “Christmas is Coming”
- Dinah Shore & Buddy Clark – “Baby It’s Cold Outside”
- The Swingle Singers – “God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen – The First Nowell – Go Tell It On The Mountain”
. - Darlene Love – “Christmas Baby (Please Come Home)”
- The Pretenders – “2000 Miles”

- Patti Smith – “We Three Kings”
- The Trapp Family Singers – “Shepherds come a-running (trad Polish)”
- Perry Como – “Ave Maria”
- The Pogues feat. Kirsty MacColl – “Fairytale of New York”
- Mono Puff – “Careless Santa”
